Pack the item securely in original packaging and ship it to the provided address.
Receive Refund
Refund processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Medicines, capsules, tablets, or syrups once opened or partially used
- Temperature-sensitive products (insulin, vaccines) once accepted at delivery
- Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable
- Items without original packaging or batch number visible
- Products with broken seals that were not damaged during shipping
REFUND METHOD
Refunds are issued via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash — whichever is most convenient for you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product was defective, damaged during shipping, or an incorrect item was sent.
In case of a damaged or incorrect product, we highly recommend pursuing a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.
