Who Should NOT Use Monis 20mg?
Do not use if you have severe low blood pressure, shock, acute heart attack with low blood pressure, or a known allergy to nitrates. This medicine must never be taken with phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitors such as Sildenafil (Viagra) as the combination can cause a dangerous and potentially fatal drop in blood pressure.
