What is Brufen 200mg?
Brufen 200mg tablets contain ibuprofen — a widely used medicine that relieves pain, reduces fever, and controls inflammation (سوجن اور درد). It belongs to a group of medicines called NSAIDs. Brufen works by blocking the chemicals in the body that cause pain and swelling — giving fast and effective relief for many everyday painful conditions.

How Does Brufen Work?
Ibuprofen blocks enzymes called COX-1 and COX-2 that produce prostaglandins — chemicals responsible for causing pain, fever, and inflammation in the body. By reducing prostaglandin production, Brufen relieves pain and swelling quickly and effectively.
Dosage
The usual adult dose is 200mg to 400mg taken 3 to 4 times daily with food or milk. Do not exceed 1200mg in 24 hours without a doctor's advice. Always take the lowest effective dose for the shortest time needed.

Who Should NOT Use Brufen?
Do not use if you have a stomach ulcer, severe kidney or liver disease, heart failure, or allergy to ibuprofen or any NSAID. Avoid during the last 3 months of pregnancy. Always consult your doctor if you have asthma, high blood pressure, or are taking blood thinners.
Side Effects
Common: nausea, stomach upset, or indigestion — take with food to reduce this risk.
Serious (rare): stomach bleeding, kidney problems, or allergic reactions — seek urgent medical help if you notice black stools, severe stomach pain, swelling of the face, or difficulty breathing.
Storage
